How Many Years Graphic Design Experience Do You Have?

How Long Does It Take to Complete a Graphic Design Project?

Turnaround times can vary, but we work efficiently to meet your deadlines. The timeline will be discussed during the project consultation.

Do You Sign Contracts With Ciients Prior to Working Together?

Yes! For both parties’ protection we require an e-signed contract and 1/2 deposit due at booking – all terms and conditions are project specific and will be included in the e-contract.

Can I Request Revisions to the Design?

Yes, we offer design revisions to ensure your complete satisfaction. The number of revisions included may vary by project.

What File Formats Will I Receive Upon Project Completion?

You will typically receive high-resolution files in formats suitable for both print and digital use, such as JPEG, PNG, and PDF.

What If I Want To Be Able to Edit The Images?

Assuming a client has the proper software they can request the source files for an additional fees. [see below]

What Do You Charge For Source Files?

Source files in design are similar to a chef’s closely-guarded recipe. Providing access to them comes with an additional fee. As per industry norms, source files are priced at three times the project charge, granting clients complete access to neatly organized, editable files as deliverables in .PSD or .AI filetypes. Alternatively, clients may opt for more budget-friendly package deliverables, which typically include image formats like PNG, JPEG, or PDF files only.

How Much Do You Charge For Post-Edits?

There is a 0.5 hr Minimum charge for any graphic design edits. Typically small edits are billed at an hourly rate.

What Is the Process for Starting a Graphic Design Project with Your Team?

The process typically involves an initial consultation to discuss your project goals, followed by a proposal and contract. Once approved, we start the design work.

Do You Offer Rush Services for Urgent Projects?

We understand that some projects have tight deadlines. Please let us know your timeline, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
